A semi-finalist for a James Beard Award in 2018, Madrid-certified sommeliere Deborah Hansen has lovingly curated the second-largest all-Spanish wine list in the country. She offers a fresh look at Spanish viniculture so you can enjoy bottles from Spain’s most exciting young winemakers as well as the most staunchly traditional.
